For 25 Years

In 1997, Michael Lacey worked as a Director of IT for a large health insurance company and was unhappy with the level of service and thought leadership he was getting from his consultant partners. Michael had previously been a consultant and felt he could do better.

Digineer began with a commitment to be an ethical, practical, and strategic consulting partner. The company also strove to create change and develop a new culture around program and project delivery.

Digineer came of age through a dedication to putting its clients first. Over the past 25 years, Digineer has had rapid growth years as well as setback years. Through it all, we have learned how to identify who makes a successful Digineer consultant, have created methodologies that produce on-time deliverables that create long-lasting transformational change, and manage to have both our clients and consultants enjoy the process.
