Michael Lacey Our Founder & CEO
Michael is a visionary, strategic thinker and an innovative problem solver. He cares deeply about the success of our community, clients and team.
At the age of 29, this spirited entrepreneur founded Digineer in 1998 — building it into an award-winning, multi-million dollar organization. Under Michael’s leadership, Digineer has experienced more than 60% growth every year for the past four years.
In 2006, Michael was recognized by Fortune Small Business as one of Winning Workplaces’ “Best Bosses”. He’s also been named to the Twin Cities Business Journal’s “40 under 40”, a list of the top business executives under 40 and was a finalist for the Minnesota High Tech Association’s 2006 Emerging Leadership award.
Ahmed Maaraba Our Director of Operations
Ahmed is a multi-talented, quintessential leader. He’s willing to help wherever he can to ensure that everything goes smoothly and that the team is successful.
Ahmed wears many hats and is responsible for bridging the gap between sales, marketing, recruiting and delivery to ensure client and employee satisfaction. He also monitors and meets our financial goals while driving our strategy, always with a smile.
Ahmed has over 20 years of management consulting and operations experience and holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management Information Systems from The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business.
Lucinda DuToit Our Vice President of Human Resources
Lucinda’s enthusiasm is infectious. She has this innate ability to look at each person’s circumstances intently and professionally yet brings in a wonderful sense of humor that makes everyone feel at ease..
Lucinda drives the strategic initiatives for all aspects of Digineer’s human resources, including candidate quality, performance management, development/training, compensation/benefits and employee relations.
With an energizing personality, Lucinda has 15+ years in HR management, previously as Director, HR at Shavlik Technologies. She also has a Bachelor of Arts in Management with an emphasis in Marketing and Psychology from Buena Vista University.
Brandon Lammers Finance Manager
At Digineer, he investigates ways to improve. Brandon joined our team in 2015 and we still feel lucky to have him. He’s not only the master of forecasting and number crunching but is also a people person, who is passionate about building long-term relationships with everyone from bankers to insurance brokers.
Prior to joining our team, Brandon was the Director of Finance at MPC, an organization specializing in end of life management of IT hardware and e-waste recycling
Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Metropolitan State’s College of Management.
Kelly Van Ravenhorst Our Head of Talent Acquisition
Kelly is truly a person of great integrity and is always looking out for the needs of others. Her people skills are off the charts.
Kelly is a testament to the internal career growth we foster here at Digineer. We were lucky to have Kelly join our team way back in 2005, starting as a Recruiter and then moving into a Resource Manager role.
She has 15+ years of experience in the Professional Services Industry and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University.
