The position

A client has approved a change. Whether it delivers value depends on what leaders, managers, and employees do differently when it reaches their daily work.

As an Organizational Change Management Consultant at Digineer, you’ll assess the organization’s readiness and advise client leaders on what successful adoption will require. You’ll examine how the change affects roles, processes, and behaviors, then develop an approach grounded in the organization’s culture and operating realities.

Across healthcare providers, health insurance and PBM, health and wellness, and industrial services, your assignments could prepare teams for a new platform, support an operating model redesign, or address adoption problems after an implementation.

Clients will count on you to surface concerns, challenge assumptions, and make practical recommendations. You’ll carry those recommendations into implementation and measure whether the new ways of working are taking hold.

What you’ll do

  • Assess organizational culture, change capabilities, and readiness through workshops and stakeholder interviews.
  • Define the scope of the change and its impact on people, roles, and processes.
  • Develop prioritized change roadmaps, including business cases and expected returns.
  • Advise sponsors and managers on their responsibilities in leading change.
  • Develop organizational design recommendations and refine them with executives and stakeholders.
  • Create and execute communication and training plans.
  • Establish measures for adoption and utilization, then address gaps.
  • Identify barriers that require changes to leadership actions, processes, or organizational structures.
  • Model business processes and identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve performance.
  • Coordinate change activities with project plans, milestones, and stakeholder needs.

What you bring

  • Demonstrated success leading organizational change and process improvement in varied environments.
  • Working knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Understanding of project management disciplines and how change activities fit into delivery.
  • Ability to assess organizational culture, strengths, and constraints.
  • Strong facilitation, interviewing, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Experience resolving complex situations involving competing interests or unclear expectations.
  • Extensive experience modeling business processes.
  • A record of process improvements that produced measurable cost savings.
  • Understanding of business and financial metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholder expectations across the project lifecycle.

Additional experience we value

  • Prior consulting experience.
  • Change management certification, such as Prosci or CCMP.
